Please use the internet order form.
Please put into Bemerkungen (remarks), how you want to pay: prepaid or P.O.D. (if possible)
Afterwards we will send you an e-mail with your customer and invoice number and the total amount to pay/transfer.

How to pay:

At the moment we only accept prepaid bills or delivery by P.O.D., if possible.

P.O.D.:   value + postage + P.O.D. charge + Eurogiro + (value insurance) or (air mail)

Delivery

We deliver goods to EU member states, Norway and Switzerland (see table below).
We deliver in general by DPD (Deutscher Paket Dienst) or mail (DHL) to your home address.
You have to pay the delivery, P.O.D. and other charges (table below).
All internet orders will be delivered as soon as possible, in between 3 business days, after you have paid your invoice.

If articles are not available right in the moment, we will send you an e-mail information for the expected delivery date.

Partial delivery is not possible.

We send Tax (VAT)-Free bills to Norway and Switzerland:

Switzerland:  The customer has to take over the costs of the toll.

Norway: The customer has to take over  the costs of the toll. We need your  VAT-number or your personal ID-number for the toll.

P.O.D. here only possible to Belgium, Netherlands, Austria
P.O.D. charge: 12,- €

Wert International: This is an insurance. Deliveries by DHL into other countries are sometimes insured by 50,00 € only. That’s why it is necessary to buy an additional insurance.

Value up to  500,- € = 5,00 €, every further 100,- € = 1,00 €

Return of goods

All goods can be returned in unused condition in between 14 days. Please contact us by e-mail within this period. You will have to take over the charge for returning.

Please return goods only by parcel, otherwise they will not be insured.

Damaged Deliveries

Please check the parcel when you get it and inform the delivery agent immediately if a parcel is damaged. Send us an e-mail with your claims against the deliverer. We will replace the damaged articles as soon as possible.
